Start with 2 quarts of filtered water.
1 medium size cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 large lemon, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp shaved or grated fresh ginger
*optional: several spearmint leaves
*I froze individual mint leaves in ice cubes to change things up a bit. I.Am.A.Wild.Woman.
(Can be re-filled twice-ish before starting another pitcher using all fresh ingredients).
